Hello everyone  .Nice seeing so many of you at Aladdin's in Mentor on Monday evening . I have still not used Vitabot.  I have been eating healthier . I cannot do much aerobic exercise since I am headed for total knee replacement .  Any suggestions here ?? Sorry to hear that Laura is leaving .
